Domi Aloisii Loft 1 – one-room apartment with terrace

This studio apartment consists of a large room, able to accommodate 3 people with as many beds (a double bed and a sofa bed), a dining table for 4 people as well as a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator. There is also a well-stocked and elegant heated bathroom, complete with an aerator, shower stall and bidet. In addition, a hallway with wardrobe and washing machine separates the aforementioned living-night area from the bathroom. It also has a covered terrace of 18 m², furnished and open to the outside, which is accessed by climbing 5 steps.

This Studio Apartment has two exterior windows overlooking Giuseppe Mazzini Avenue, a wide street separated by green lawns, benches and tall trees. It consists of a room that sleeps 2 people with an equal number of beds (double bed). There is a well-stocked and elegant heated bathroom, complete with aerator, shower stall and bidet. The living-dining room includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and washing machine, a 4-seater dining table and sofa bed. Finally, a three-door closet serves as a divider between the living-dining area and the double bed.
